Contact/Complaints

The Board is here to serve the community and we are happy to look into complaints regarding violations of the CCR/rules of the association.  We ask all residents to at least attempt to speak with your neighbors regarding perceived rules violations before reporting them to the Board.  

Please include as detailed information as you can including the address of the violation, what section/rule in the CCR the situation violates, and what the response was when you attempted to speak with your neighbor about the issue.  

Please understand the Board will NOT trespass on a resident's property to investigate a reported violation.  Therefore, we may ask the reporting party to provide photographic evidence of a violation, if it is not visible from the street, before we take any action. 

The Board is not here to be oppressive in the enforcement of the rules.  We all moved to Logan County to get away from being overly regulated in city limits.  In that endeavor the Board has taken steps, and continues to look into, repealing rules initially included in the CCR by the developer. We are open to any suggestions regarding amendments to the CCR/rules.
